Loan Prospector® customer service hours changed to ensure we are available when you need us most. Beginning March 1, 2009, Loan Prospector customer service is open 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
This change in schedule allows us to have more staff available during peak business hours to provide you with efficient and timely customer support when you need it.
