Inactive Loan Prospector User IDs To Be Disabled Beginning February 24
Updated February 23, 2009
On February 24, 2009, Freddie Mac will begin disabling Loan Prospector® user IDs that have not been used to log in to LoanProspector.com directly through the browser access method within the previous 90 days. To ensure your user ID remains active you must log in to LoanProspector.com prior to February 24.
After February 24, you must log in to LoanProspector.com at least once every 90 days to avoid disabling your user ID.
If you are currently accessing Loan Prospector through a wholesale lender, you will not need to take any action. All active users should log in to Loan Prospector prior to February 24 to ensure your user ID remains active.
If your LoanProspector.com direct user ID is disabled, the authorized company contact can update users to regain access to Loan Prospector.
